    Managing intangible inflows in logistics

    In the article the authors analyze the role of project management in logistics. Logistic flows are considered from the point of view of project management and special attention is paid to information logistics. It is shown what function information logistics provides in relation to material and financial logistics, how it conveys information that accompanies the movement of material and financial resources, and thus operates with counter-directed flows and unidirectional flows. It is shown that the management of the intangible (information) stream can be carried out by changing the direction of the stream, limiting the transmission rate to the corresponding speed. In addition, project management in logistics represents the application of concepts and methods of project management in the process of creating / transforming logistics systems. Particular attention is paid to intangible flows: financial, informational and services. In particular the object of information logistics – the information flow, which, in turn, is an intangible one is identified. The place of project management in managing information flows of logistics is pointed out and its significance is highlighted. The authors assume that there are various types of projects in logistics – in particular functional ones, as well as projects which effectiveness is determined by qualitative indicators. There is also respect for such aspects in the management of IT projects of logical processes as well as the analysis of international standards, the recognition of organizational competencies, the ability to model the development of logistic projects. Yak straightforward furthest development of the logistic is proprietary, hinge combining the project management model with the logical processes, yak can include the decile of the technological process company in the project management gallery. In the model, the main values are also identified, which are inherent in the skin area of technological maturity.

    Structural design features of the community commercial buildings in comprehensive development system

    The necessity of comprehensive development of the urban residential areas in Ukraine, which is presented as a project management system, presumes the achievement of the strategic objective – improvement of people’s residence comfort by the use of various design solutions for community commercial buildings. The study of the structural organization of public buildings was made to enable the formation of community commercial buildings. The advantages of different architectural structural systems developed in architectural bureaus and research institutes are defined. Based on desk studies and practical research outcomes benefits of diverse structural systems for formation of small cellular units and big show rooms in commercial buildings are identified. The merits of light metal structures are noted, as well as of the architectural structural systems developed on their basis. A new methodology of community building formation is suggested by the use of universal structure set. The possibilities of their use in the urban residential areas are studied. It is well reasoned that the decision on the choice of the commercial building structural system should be made following the objective evaluation of the particular situation, to provide for comprehensive development of the urban residential areas, presented as a project management system. The project deliverables will be the detailed design and technological documentation in the form of commercial buildings design projects.

    Decision making in the course of minimum viable product optimal structure choice

    Value-driven management and the idea of a minimum viable product (MVP), developed in the concept of lean manufacturing, are the examples of modern efficient management approaches used in project management. The solutions that integrate both approaches to management are proposed in the paper. The problem of decision making in the course of MVP optimal structure choice is reviewed. The functional models of creation and transferring value in projects as the bases for creating new and developing existing notions – value breakdown structure, value flow, exclusive and mergeable features are proposed. The formal models describing these notions and related informational data structures are proposed. The optimization model for MVP structure choice created on the basis of mathematical model describing the value creation flow is offered. The various scenarios of decision-making allowing flexible selection of mathematical model for choosing MVP optimal structure are presented. The concepts and models proposed allow: to develop the current approaches to value creation and delivering planning, organize the process of project output design in terms of value creation and provide project managers a flexible tool for decision support in the course of MVP optimal structure choice.

    One of the ways to improve the management of the educational system can be the development of the method of information management as a component that initiates the management of any kind in the development of information provision, the choice of sources of management information, formalization and processing of data about the processes of the OS, the formation of educational statistics system by types of implemented educational programs and management levels, creation of informational systems for the support of making managerial decisions that provide information indicators of an educational institution tioning. The problem of management in educational systems is key in terms of achieving a given quality. Management in education, if interpreted broadly, integrates the past (cultural-traditional component), the present (civilization-technological component) and the future (predicted-desirable state of the system). The transition of society into the information stage of development positions the information management as the most relevant instrument in achieving the sustainable development of educational structures.
