Abstract
The functional aspects of the reconstruction of the hotels, built in Ukraine according to type design in 1960-80s are being analysed. The main differences in approaches to designing at the moment of construction and today are being revealed. The main directions of reconstruction of such hotels in the sphere of their functional organisation are being defined, the recommendations for methods of resolving main designing issues are being suggested.
