Abstract

The article highlights the current aspects and conflict zones in the field of digitalization of the innovation process. With the increasing role of digital technologies in organizational functioning, they become a crucial factor for the success of business projects and open up new prospects for international cooperation. The article also analyzes the state of innovation activity in Ukraine in times of war and evaluates the innovativeness of national business on the international arena. The main focus is on regional policy, cluster functioning mechanisms, and the creation of an innovative construction cluster, including the processes of production, supply, and consumption in this field
