The risk in society during a Pandemic is assessed taking into account the parameters
of the Public Immune System, such as strength, power, resilience, etc. The weaker
the level of the "Public immune system", the higher the risk in society.
The aim of paper is examination of the content and processes of the strategic trust
as a direction of Agile transformation of Education Establishment projects and
