This is a connection between a coworking and a hostel in one place; such a space will unite people with a common life philosophy and professional interests. This trend of living together will give an opportunity to the Millenial generation to move freely around the world, explore other cultures, work and communicate with various people, and as a result, the prosperity of a new promising business segment.

Визначено основні фактори, що впливають на архітектуру та планування апарт-готелів. the article considers new type of rental housing called “apartment hotels”, its features, innovations and advantages among other types of housing based on analysis of scientific researches of foreign and domestic authors. The main factors that affect on architecture and planning of apartment hotels are determined.
