    Development of Chernobyl's Power Plant capability through prism of project management methodology

    With stopping at 2000 of power units of Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant (ChNPP) problems of Chornobyl did not finished, they only had entered into a new no less responsible phase. Without experience in area of removal from exploitation of nuclear energy objects and building of objects similar to erected above an object " Shelter" to protective building, without the project of removal from exploitation of ChNPP, that under right had ratified 5years before the stop of the Plant, without the fund of financing of removal from exploitation of power units, ChNPP collective fulfills obligations taken by Ukraine before the world community on elimination of consequences of nuclear catastrophe of 1986. This activity demanded reorganization of organization, revision of basic functions and tasks, mastering of new, earlier not demanded on the ChNPP, fields of knowledge. The Project Management methodology became one of the bases of development capability for performance of the Ch NPP.

    Multi-criterian methods for selection of rational strategies of diversification of building enterprises in uncertainty

    A thorough review and comparative analysis of well-known multi-criteria decision-making methods used for the task of ranking or selecting rational alternatives has been conducted in this article. It is revealed that most methods take into account the conditions of ambiguity of the environment. Since the problem of implementing diversification strategies is usually financially costly, it is proposed to use for selecting strategies for diversifying the activities of construction enterprises, a set of methods that focus on multicriteria decision-making under uncertainty. It is desirable to take into account the possible blurry of data, easy to implement and allow intuitively interpret the results (available scale of quantitative or qualitative assessments) without the constant involvement of experts or the decision maker.

    Diversification of activity as a component of adaptive strategic management of construction enterprise

    The paper describes the strategy of diversification of construction enterprises. Their advantages and disadvantages are highlighted. The necessity of diversification of enterprises for increase of profits, reduction of risks and expansion of competitive opportunities is established. It was found that diversification of construction companies is relevant due to the significant development of the construction industry in the last decade in Ukraine, China and the world. The task of adaptive enterprise management in the part of creating diversification strategies is to conduct an analysis of the enterprise and the conditions in which the company operates. The scheme of analysis of the construction company for the implementation of diversification strategies is presented.
