Анотація
Ukraine is facing the largest armed conflict in Europe since the Second World War, marked by unprecedented violence against civilians and the systematic destruction of infrastructure. Cities and villages have suffered severe structural and functional damage. Post-war reconstruction and the restoration of urban functionality will be an exceptionally complex and resource-intensive process.
