Abstract

Risk management is the key step to ensure the successful implementation of ERP project. Thispaper mainly introduces the risk that the project may face, and the risk management steps that should be taken in the face of the risk. Next, the key steps of risk management are risk identification, risk assessment and risk control. Then combine the relevant theory with the implementation of the case for analysis.
