Modern translucent structures are represented mainly by doubleglazed windows, in the application of which heat losses are reduced due to the improvement of the window design and the use of new materials. Double-glazed windows should allow the maximum amount of light to be transmitted and at the same time minimally affect energy consumption for heating or cooling the room.
