Документ Decision-making in agricultural sector in view of the environment(КНУБА, 2019) Chunmei JiThe article deals with the main approaches to decision-making in the agrarian sector. The conceptual basis of decision-making is conducted. The peculiarities of national approaches to decision making are considered. The questions of management and peculiarities of its application in agrarian sphere are considered. The approach-analysis-assessment-diagnosis as a basic stage for further research is considered. Peculiarities of monitoring of objects of agrarian sphere are considered. The use of statistical methods of analysis and forecasting, in particular, multidimensional statistical methods during economic monitoring, is substantiated. The ability to determine the relationship between environmental and economic indicators by means of statistical methods is shown. The mutual influence of agriculture and ecological factors is considered, which determines the necessity of making decisions on increase of efficiency of use of natural resources and application of new approaches to agriculture.Документ Digital image analysis technologies for decision support systems in agricultural(КНУБА, 2019) Mingxin Huang; Vatskel, VladimirThe paper describes information technologies for efficient management of crop yields and decision-making support in agriculture as a whole. The analysis of automation technologies supporting decision-making in agriculture indicates the necessity of their improvement and integration of new functions for increasing the yield and quality of agricultural products, increasing the efficiency of operational management of sown areas. The paper formulates the research tasks arising from the review of geoinformation technologies and technologies for the analysis of digital images of sown areas.Документ Institutional foundations and regulatory levers for the development of agricultural construction under conditions of systemic economic transformation(КНУБА, 2019) Ryzhakova, Galyna; Petrukha, Serhii; Kunytskyi, KostyantynThe article has proved that in the globalisation conditions, the level of infrastructure industries' development is decisive for the competitiveness of the agricultural sector of the country's economy, forming the backbone for ensuring sustainable dynamics of agri-food value chains, since in some countries, infrastructure issues are associated with the objectives of improving the existing agricultural structure, in others they are linked to increasing the level of infrastructure equipment, as for Ukraine, it absorbs these two approaches. Framework of concepts and terminology has been classified, in particular the concept of 'infrastructure', 'social infrastructure', 'major construction work', etc., and the author's definition of 'rural development' suggested as a combination of survey, design and construction organisations and enterprises of construction industry experts who are familiar with the specific features of agrarian sector’s functioning of the national economy and rural areas, specialising in infrastructure development of wholesale food markets with the aim of creating favourable socio-economic conditions for the implementation by village in general and rural society in particular of its industrial and other local, regional and national functions, including focused on the development of food sovereignty and food security. The expediency of using the historiographical principle in the study of rural construction in the context of transformational processes taking place in the agricultural sector of the economy and the development of rural areas in the conditions of economic policy's upgrade and the new economic reality has been proved. The author's vision of the stages of rural construction evolution in modern Ukraine has been formed: the first 'stabilising' stage (1990s-early 2000s), the second 'reconstructive' stage (early 2000s-mid-2000s) and the third 'strategic' stage (mid-2000s-until present), with individual evolutionary advances both within and between them characterised. This has allowed to substantiate two basic adaptation models of the agricultural sector, construction industry and rural society to the changing socio-economic processes, called 'symbiotic-passive-adaptive' and 'innovative adaptative', and also to form the key principles of public regulation of the triad 'the agricultural sector of the economy (together with rural areas and in a few cases with depressed development territories) – infrastructure industries – construction sector' for further stabilisation and sustainable dynamics of rural construction.Документ Management of the activity of agrarian enterprises for accounting risk management and multicriteria decision making(КНУБА, 2019) Chunmei JiThe main approaches to the management of the activity of agrarian enterprises are considered: an approach based on risk management and multicriteria management methods. Management of risks in the agrarian sector is presented as an integral part of the overall strategy for managing the activities of the agricultural enterprise. An overview of the known multi-criteria decision-making methods shows their applicability to the agrarian enterprise management task. Given the difficulties that arise when necessary to make adjustments and changes in the implementation of the strategy, it is appropriate to use several methods for selecting alternatives that focus on decision making under uncertainty. The requirements that should be followed when designing appropriate methods are formed. Particular attention should be paid to the theory of MAUT, which combines the benefits of management risk and multicriteria-based decision making and has good examples of implementation in the agrarian sector.Документ Review of monitoring and forecasting tools of the crop yield(КНУБА, 2019) Mingxin HuangA theoretical basis for research was created to solve the problem of creating an information technology for monitoring the yield of agricultural crops based on the analysis of multispectral images obtained by remote sensing. The geoinformation system created on the basis of this technology should monitor and yield the analysis of satellite time series of images to identify quantitative and qualitative indicators of yield, possible diseases of plants, and the like. The problem described in the work is relevant in conditions of environmental uncertainty. It is revealed that as a result of the food crisis, the consequence of which is a constant increase in the cost of food products, agriculture is increasingly functioning in conditions of uncertainty and risk, which requires the use of special research methods.
